Description
Taiwan gold leaf is perfect for various DIY projects, beauty salons, and glass and ceramic artists. It is excellent for gilding furniture, walls, ceilings, and decorative objects, allowing you to give everyday items a metallic antique finish. This foil is suitable for use on wood, metal, drywall, stone, glass, ceramic, concrete, paper, and plastic.
For best results, we recommend using Kolner Aqua Size as the gilding adhesive, although any gilding size you have will work as well. Each leaf is packaged in its own paper sleeve and is available as a loose leaf. The size of each leaf is 9×8 cm.
When working with imitation metal leaf, it’s advisable to wear Gilder’s Gloves to prevent moisture from your fingers from affecting the leaves. To protect the imitation gold leaf from oxidation, apply a varnish like Kolner Leaf Protect. For a polished finish, brush off any excess leaf with a Gilder’s Mop.
