Conditions for return/refund:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
- To qualify for a return, products must be unopened and in their original packaging.
- Refunds will be processed within seven days of receiving the returned product(s).
- You are entitled to a full refund, excluding any shipping costs, even if you initially received free shipping.
- The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost.
- Ensure that returned products are securely packaged and shipped with a tracking number.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
No return, exchange or refund for the following products:
- Please be aware that all genuine gold products (including gold flakes, gold powder, gold leaf, edible gold, and cosmetic gold) are excluded from our return policy, as we cannot verify their carat value
- Back-orders, discounted and or on-sale products.
