Description

Mod Podge Furniture Formula is a glue, sealer, and finish designed for wood, papier-mâché, glass, and terracotta. Mod Podge Sealer is non-toxic, quick-drying, and provides a hard finish that is suitable for furniture. It is also water-resistant. Avoid shaking the container; instead, use a brush or sponge applicator for application. Clean tools while they are still wet with soap and water.

Curing Time: Allow the applied product to cure for 4 weeks. Once fully cured, the surface can be cleaned with a damp cloth.

Gluing with Mod Podge Furniture Formula

1. Apply the glue to the back of the paper or fabric.
2. Position it on the desired surface.
3. Smooth out any air bubbles, starting from the centre and working outward, then allow it to dry.

Steps for Achieving a Built-Up Finish:

1. Apply a minimum of 5 coats, allowing each coat to dry for 1 hour before applying the next.
2. Wet sand the surface with 400-grit sandpaper until it feels smooth, then wipe it dry.
3. Polish the surface using #0000 steel wool, followed by wiping it with a damp cloth.
4. If desired, you can apply additional coats and repeat the wet sanding process.
